Terms and Conditions of Speed Dating New Orleans
General Terms
Welcome to Speed Dating New Orleans. By registering for our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your event registration with a minimum of 7 days notice before the event date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded; instead, you will receive a credit for a future event. If you fail to show up for an event without prior notification, you forfeit your ticket and any claim to a credit.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim, loss, damage, or expense is limited to the amount paid for the event ticket. We are not liable for more than the ticket price under any circumstances.
Event Cancellation and Rescheduling
If Speed Dating New Orleans cancels an event, a full refund will be provided. However, this does not apply if an event is rescheduled to a new date or location; in such cases, your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event.
Lost Items
We are not responsible for items lost during events. Please contact the event venue directly for lost property.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us directly to allow us the opportunity to address your concern. You agree not to publish reviews on complaints websites without first providing us the chance to resolve the issue.
Attendance and Conduct
By attending our events, you agree to arrive on time and notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Inappropriate behavior, including sexual remarks or misconduct, will result in immediate removal from the event. You must adhere to our dress code policy and maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance.
Data Sharing and Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your contact information (email and phone number) will only be shared with mutual matches. All participants have 5 days post-event to submit their matches through our online portal.
Non-Compete Clause
Attendees or competitors are prohibited from using the knowledge gained at our events to start a similar business or service for a period of 6 years or the maximum period allowed by law.
Exclusions
Food, drinks, and parking are not included in the ticket price. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred at the venue, including but not limited to food, drink, and parking fees.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Speed Dating New Orleans does not conduct background checks on participants. It is your responsibility to conduct any background checks at your own expense if desired. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from attending our events.
Legal Compliance
This agreement is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the state of Louisiana. Your agreement to these terms is binding upon registration for an event.
